Further to Al's recent newsletter, we have now released?version 10.30 of NetSupport Manager ?

This release of?NetSupport Manager includes?the new features detailed below?:?
  1. Remote Desktop Support -?NetSupport Manager now co-exists seamlessly with Remote Desktop (RDP)
  2. Smartcard Support - With this option any smartcard login performed on the Control PC is re-directed and applied on the Client PC
  3. Scripting enhancements - New remote logon function and the Script Editor now uses colours to differentiate between comments, functions and keywords
  4. Remote Command Prompt Enhancements - Remote command window now stores previously executed commands during the active session. Commands can then be recalled from history?
  5. User Acknowledgement Enhancements - Additional User?Acknowledgement?configuration options included to allow or deny connections at the end of a timeout period and Acknowledgement not required if current logged on user attempts connection from another machine??
  6. Extended Multi Monitor Support - The Control can now select the relevant Client monitor in view and thumbnail mode???

This release of NetSupport Manager also includes a number of solutions to the product which have been detailed below :

  1. Fixed?issue with?the Test Console extracting tests in a Terminal?Services environment?
  2. Fixed a disconnect issue when remotely logging off a Vista Client
  3. Fixed high CPU usage issue when?using School components in a Terminal Server environment
  4. Fix included?to use Windows + key combinations in a view session
  5. Show Replay files on Vista will?no longer report “invalid file”
  6. Restricted the number of characters in the Gateway Configurator to 15 characters to be consistent with the Control and Client Configurator

The sophisticated remote control tool ezManage™ for PC-Recovery Card was launched. With this new tools, administrators can easily maintain your computers remotely as well as change the settings of PC-Recovery Card.

The functions included :-
1. Power On/Off client computers.
2. Remote control the client computers' desktop.
3. Monitor client computers' screen.
4. Lock/Unlock mouse and keyboards.
5. Change remote computers' name and TCP/IP properities.
6. File transfer.
7. Change the settings of PC-Recovery Card either local or remote computers. i.e. set password, change recovery mode & etc.

In response to the requests from the customers, NetSupport 24-7 now offers "Show" mode, allowing an operator to perform the following :-

(1) Show his entire desktop to a user during a chat session.
(2) Show only a selected monitor (for multi-monitor operators) (3) Show just a selected application to a user during a chat session.

NetSupport 24-7 now provides , at no additional cost ,
- a powerful and robust solution to deliver pre-sales demonstrations,
- remote customer training or
- simple "this is how you do it" instruction.

In addition to our new Show modes, NetSupport 24-7 has also been upgraded to provide significantly faster response times during chat sessions. NetSupport 24-7 features :
